About Us

Paintegrity, LLC is a family owned business that began in 2017. The owners, Joe and Tina, started their business with a vision to build a painting company founded on God, integrity, and unmatched customer service. With their focus on high quality painting and building relationships, they pride themselves in holding true to the values that customers are #1 priority and employees deserve to work in an encouraging and uplifting environment. Paintegrity, LLC enjoys the opportunity to give back to the community and provide painting services for nonprofit organizations.

Joe and Tina Alarcon grew up together in Glendale Heights and found true love when they reconnected on Facebook in 2014. Married in 2015, their dream was to work together and create a lifestyle that would allow them to be available for their 4 children, serve God in their church, and help others in need. Joe has worked in the painting industry for over 20 years from owning his own company for 10 years and moved on to working with other painting companies. Joe is skilled in the painting trade, leading a successful team, and working with customers. He is passionate about building and maintaining relationships.

Tina started her career as a teacher, went on to be a retail store manager which led her to an office management position in an accounting firm. Tina has an eye for design and color and is passionate about creating a space that is warm and welcoming. They both enjoy fishing, golfing, traveling, and spending time with family and it’s even more enjoyable when they get to do those things together.
