About Us

Omni Commercial Group, Inc. was built on a foundation of facilities management professionals who began serving the Chicago land in 1985. The group came together in 1996 to start Omni Commercial Group and began providing general contracting services throughout the area.

Christina Chwala, President and CEO of Omni Commercial Group, has led the company since its incorporation in Illinois in 1996 and is supported by Kevin Chwala as Vice President of Marketing, Michael Dicker as Vice President of Operations, Steven Whitecotton as Vice President of Construction Services and Mr. Brian Smith as Chief Operations Officer.

Today, Omni Commercial Group is a team of construction professionals with hundreds of years of construction and project management experience, forged together over the past twenty years by thousands of successful projects.

Omni Commercial Group is trusted by some the industry’s leading facility management and development companies to manage construction projects of varying sizes and complexities.

Omni has further refined its project management experience by implementing its own structured construction project methodology with OmniCPM. At the core of OmniCPM is our people, supported by today’s latest technologies and project methods. In October 2016, Omni has enhanced OmniCPM with
Procore, one of the industries most trusted Construction Project Management technology platforms.
