Once your design is complete and you are absolutely in agreement with it, we then prepare a full set of architectural drawings and have our engineer stamp them for permit submittal. We handle all the permit applications, insurance and bond requirements and a list of all our sub-trade partners to the village.
We are truly, your “One Stop Shop” for any project. We handle just about every aspect of your project, including labor and materials. Everything you are buying will be outlined in full detail in our line itemed virtual Estimate. This Estimate will let you interact with it in changing many items, by upgrading or downgrading them, to meet your budget.
