From there we come together with your team for a powerful Focus Day, followed by a 2-day Vision Building session that aligns your team around a shared vision and goals. Quarterly follow-up and annual planning meetings ensure the company stays on track and exceeds the owner’s expectations.
I’m an entrepreneur and dynamic communicator with 40 years of experience building high-performance teams and businesses serving Fortune 500 companies. I started my first company in my early 20’s and built it into the premier player in its space – through periods of market expansion and contraction. My expertise is in assessing markets and risk, building comprehensive visions and operating systems, creating great cultures, and teaching teams to execute to achieve the company’s vision and plan. ROCKIT is based on my passion to help business leaders achieve their personal and professional goals.
