Sweet Caroline's Bar-n-Que promises to deliver the finest meats, sandwiches and seasonal favorites, served fresh daily. Sweet Caroline's is your favorite BBQ pit, carver deli and neighborhood hang out all rolled into one. Great times never tasted so good! The venue is highlighted with a large spacious island bar, ample dining for over 200 and comfortable outdoor seating for 100. Sports fans will enjoy over 30 large HD TVs to catch their favorite team in the Louisiana-coast-meets-the-Carolina-mountains decorated dining and bar areas.

Sweet Caroline's menu has the traditional low 'n' slow cooking style of BBQ staples like Ribs, Brisket and Pig-Roast Style Pulled Pork, complimented by Build-Your-Own Steak Burgers, Smokehouse Sandwiches, seafood favorites - even Gourmet Mac-N-Cheese. Each item on Sweet Caroline's menu is hand-made-to-order, from the freshest ingredients available. Highlights include Bam-Bam Shrimp in spicy sauce; Street Tacos served with onions, cilantro and your choice of Barbacoa, Blackened Mahi-mahi or Adobo Chicken; Fresh Smoked BBQ Chicken, slow smoked and dry rubbed; succulent Lobster Roll, overflowing a giant spit piece of Texas Toast and Cheesy Beef Brisket Sandwich with premium beef brisket slow smoked, piled high on a bakery fresh bun topped with sweet onion jam and Merkt's Cheddar cheese spread. Sweet Treats are also all homemade in the kitchen featuring Bacon Maple Glazed Doughnuts and more.
