About Us

The Illinois Fire Safety Alliance is dedicated to fire safety, burn prevention, and supporting burn survivors. Through partnerships along with bringing together volunteers and supporters, the IFSA will accomplish its mission in an ethical, compassionate, and professional manner.

The IFSA offers no-cost fire safety and burn prevention resources to any and all schools, hospitals, fire departments, assisted living facilities, individuals, and companies in the state of Illinois. Nearly a dozen resources are available covering home safety, burn prevention, safety for the elderly and disabled, plus many other topics.

The IFSA also hosts various burn survivor support programs throughout the year including Camp ''I Am Me,'' Young Adult Support, Family Days, IFSA Days, Burn Survivor Conference Scholarships, and more.
