Holy Smokes BBQ is a food truck and catering company specializing in traditional BBQ, slow smoked over
a hard-wood fire up to 16 hours. Pit Master, David Diaz, aka Big Daddy Dave, is a member of NBBQA
and has been catering grilled and smoked foods for parties, meetings, weddings, and special events for
over 12 years. Holy Smokes BBQ also partners with organizations and nonprofits to champion and
support fundraising efforts in the community.
