For leaders to improve outcomes, Enclave Academy (EA) is a not-for-profit microlearning community to facilitate ways to strengthen decision-critical thinking and rethinking skills.
Especially for successfully operating in fields increasingly infused with artificial intelligence (AI), it’s arguably more important than ever for thinker-doers to continually learn, develop, and deploy additional ways and means of thinking—with their Best-Effort Thinking (BET)—whatever they’re doing.
Entrepreneurially-minded job-creating business owners, other leaders, and aspirants (aged 16 and upward), explore with the Academy (1) developmental mindsets, (2) value-generating types of thinking, and (3) risky cognitive biases.
Collectively, this energizing discipline is metacognition, i.e., learning and practicing “thinking about rethinking” skills for sustaining all-round mental agility. To recurrently develop a deeper, wider, and higher metacognitive range for thinking and for cognitive adaptability, the Academy supports professional development and related organizational growth.
With empirical insights drawn from nonclinical behavioral psychology, Academy members learn metacognitive discernment and cognitive vigilance — to mentally flourish instead of languish. To strengthen themselves and their organizations, leaders and their teams must ThinkToRethink (TM) to think things through thoroughly together toward success.
