About Us

CLAY Therapeutic Services is a licensed psychotherapy practice that is WBE certified on the state, City of Chicago and Cook County level. We provide evidence-based mental health care for individuals, couples, and families, with specialized services including trauma-informed therapy, divorce mediation, relationship and family work, immigration evaluations, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy to support deep healing for depression, anxiety, grief, and complex life transitions. Grounded in clinical rigor and compassionate care, CLAY Therapeutic Services focuses on helping clients stabilize, heal, and regain emotional clarity during pivotal moments.
Complementing this clinical foundation, Lift As You Climb Coaching delivers transformational coaching and consulting for high-achieving professionals, leaders, entrepreneurs, founders and organizations through corporate wellness training, purposeful leadership development, executive coaching, and immersive retreats designed to move people out of burnout and misalignment and into clarity, conviction, and values-driven action.
