Commercial Insurance Account Manager

An established Independent Insurance Agency in Schaumburg is seeking a Commercial Lines Insurance Professional. The ideal candidate is Licensed and has experience with a range of small and middle market commercial accounts in an Independent Insurance Agency Environment.

Job Duties Include:

• Responsible for client interactions and maintenance of Commercial Insurance Accounts
• Responsible for client service, including updates, changes, billing, certificates of insurance, endorsements, etc.
• Review regular renewals with Producer and obtain all necessary information from customers
• Quoting online with carriers

Qualified Insurance Applicants Must Have:

• Illinois Property & Casualty Insurance License
• Commercial Insurance Experience (2-3 years minimum)
• Working knowledge of a wide range of Commercial Insurance Accounts (Contractors, Condo Buildings, Optometrists, Distributors, etc.)
• Experience with Insurance Agency Management Software (i.e. Hawksoft, Applied)
• Experience with online quoting with major insurers
• Great people skills, strong communication skills, sense of humor and enjoy working as a team
