Our IT Support Engineers provide technical support to end users, troubleshooting software and hardware issues providing support both remote and onsite for our clients at their offices.
They also handle server configuration and support including stand alone and virtualized environments, support of WAN and LAN networks, data backups, email systems (Exchange, Cloud and Others) disaster recovery, business continuity planning, desktop and virtual desktop configuration, VoIP Phone System support, Support and Troubleshooting.
