We’re an integrative health and wellness practice that offers personalized care combining acupuncture with complementary healing modalities.  

 We are looking for a sharp, self-directed Office Manager to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a flexible, part-time contract role — ideal for someone who thrives with autonomy, loves organizing chaos into clarity, and genuinely cares about wellness. If you're the type who spots a problem and just fixes it, and has stellar communication skills, we want to hear from you.

 


 

What you'll do

Administration

Manage scheduling, client communications, HIPAA-compliant records, and contact lists across platforms. Build systems that make everyone's life easier.

 

Communications & marketing

Draft newsletters, blogs, client emails, and marketing materials. Design layouts in Canva. Help build and launch new marketing funnels.

 

Business development

Research topics, attend meetings, assist with events and outreach, and possibly network on behalf of the practice. Your ideas and honest feedback are welcome.

 

Compliance

Maintain working knowledge of and compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and company policies at all times.

QuickBooks Online · WordPress · Unified Practice · MailChimp / Constant Contact · Canva · Microsoft Office · Google Workspace · Eventbrite · Zoom · Claude / ChatGPT

 

Who you are

  • Proficient in WordPress, QuickBooks, and similar platforms — a fast learner when something's new

  • A strong editor: you can polish a blog post, newsletter, or client email 

  • Curious about holistic health and wellness — or genuinely excited to learn

  • Self-managing: you don't need to be micromanaged to do great work

  • Honest — with yourself, with us, and about what's working (and what isn't)

  • A proactive goal-setter who follows through and asks for help when needed

  • Comfortable itemizing hours on a timesheet for remote work

  • Able to attend occasional in-person events and networking functions

$25/hr

10–15 per week (max 20)

Location

Hybrid: In-office + remote

Initial training is in-office. Remote work is available once you're up to speed. Attendance at select networking and outreach events is part of the role. This position is a great fit for someone semi-retired who wants to stay active and engaged doing meaningful work.
