Pay: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
Job Summary
We are an innovative leader in the contract furniture industry. We are seeking a dynamic and proactive working Customer Success Manager to manage our innovative team. In addition to managing the team, this position will cover a market directly and will be responsible for all activities for the assigned markets. This is a hybrid position with some work in the office required.
Duties
- Lead a small team of customer success specialists.
- ?Perform the role of customer success specialist for a specific region.
- Manage quote requests in a timely manner.
- Manage and execute orders and invoices in a timely manner.
- Communicate with partner dealers.
- Manage the collection of deposits and final payments.
- Manage and update our ERP system as needed.
- ?Resolve customer complaints and issues.
- Coach and mentor team members.
Required Skills and abilities
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central a big plus!
- Ability to adapt to a changing industry and fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree
- 5-10 years experience in the office furniture or related industry
- 5 years experience managing employees
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
