Job Summary
We are an innovative leader in the contract furniture industry. We are seeking a dynamic and proactive working Customer Success Manager to manage our innovative team. In addition to managing the team, this position will cover a market directly and will be responsible for all activities for the assigned markets. This is a hybrid position with some work in the office required.


Duties

  • Lead a small team of customer success specialists.
  • ?Perform the role of customer success specialist for a specific region.
  • Manage quote requests in a timely manner.
  • Manage and execute orders and invoices in a timely manner.
  • Communicate with partner dealers.
  • Manage the collection of deposits and final payments.
  • Manage and update our ERP system as needed.
  • ?Resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Coach and mentor team members.

Required Skills and abilities

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central a big plus!
  • Ability to adapt to a changing industry and fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5-10 years experience in the office furniture or related industry
  • 5 years experience managing employees
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
