BOS Showroom Manager

We are seeking a Showroom Manager to join our BOS team! You will perform clerical, administrative and support functions in order to drive company success.


  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls and website email requests
  • Ensure showroom is kept to company visual standards
  • Maintain product knowledge
  • Maintain inventory for showroom supplies
  • Perform all other showroom tasks
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills with knowledge of various programs
  • Must be able to communicate effectively to customers and team members
  • Must be able to perform effectively under a minimum of supervision
  • Must be able to work effectively as a team player on independent and group projects
  • Must be sufficiently flexible and resourceful to cope with the time pressures and coordination challenges inherent in this position
