We are seeking a Showroom Manager to join our BOS team! You will perform clerical, administrative and support functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls and website email requests
- Ensure showroom is kept to company visual standards
- Maintain product knowledge
- Maintain inventory for showroom supplies
- Perform all other showroom tasks
Qualifications:
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer skills with knowledge of various programs
- Must be able to communicate effectively to customers and team members
- Must be able to perform effectively under a minimum of supervision
- Must be able to work effectively as a team player on independent and group projects
- Must be sufficiently flexible and resourceful to cope with the time pressures and coordination challenges inherent in this position
