What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Your focus will be successfully supporting our advisors with their activity, meeting, or exceeding client expectations, and working to ensure effective business ownership and service improvements.
- Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with all under-five Financial Representatives
- Participate in Development Team meetings to disseminate and gather information
- Manage underwriting process which includes providing or collaborating with others to provide:
- Pre-filling applications
- Pre-checking applications for completeness and accuracy
- Submitting applications
- Scheduling requirements and medical exams
- Monitoring of the Daily Status Report (DSR) and act on cases needing attention
- Oversee case notes, process correspondence, and maintain client case files
- Maintain financial representative’s calendar and reach out to schedule follow-up appointments
- Input data, run proposals, and gather information in the direction of financial representative in preparation for client/prospect meeting
- Contact clients to confirm receipt of forms or request return of completed forms and maintain current client information and advise clients regarding non-securities sales and service-related issues
- Review insurance applications, conversions, and policy changes for completeness and accuracy
- Arrange medical, paramedical, and any exams necessary for underwriting
- Front office duties: Mail opening, logging of investment checks
- Other duties, responsibilities and projects assigned
