Position Summary:
The part-time (25-30 hours/week) Executive Office Coordinator position will be focused on the CEO’s daily calendar including travel. This position will also provide general administrative support to the Senior Executive Office Specialist as assigned.
 
Primary Position Responsibilities:

  • Manages the CEO’s day to day schedule as well as prepares agendas.
  • Schedules CEO’s travel.
  • Provides general support to Senior Executive Office Specialist as assigned.
 
Position Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional level administrative support experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (preferably 2010 version) applications, webinars, and other productivity focused tools. Strong skills pertaining to Outlook required.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
