Vicki Burger brings over 20 years experience in human resources, career coaching and training to her work in helping individuals find the next step on their career path. Her experience with corporations, non-profits and associations allows her to bring a vast knowledge of the recruitment processes and priorities unique to each type of organization.
As a Career Consultant with Drake Beam Moran Outplacement, she applied experience as a professional coach to train consultants in effective coaching strategies.
