In the current landscape of the workplace, the stress and anxiety as a result of a world-wide pandemic have left both employers and employees with a need for alternative coping mechanisms . Employees are being asked to do more work with less support, workplace environments have shifted from in the office to work from home to back to the office. As a collective whole we are working in unprecedented times. Less in person connection and more digital living has increased stress levels both in and out of the workplace. With new demands, work/life balance has been subject to a new post pandemic reality. Digital communication and social media have taken the place of human connection in our everyday lives. As a result, we may have a more difficult time connecting our personal awareness with our workplace responsibilities. We believe that Mindfulness plays a huge role in productivity.
Antoinette (Toni) Morales
The Mindful Pro was founded by Antoinette Morales, a 25-year corporate veteran and accomplished executive with proven success in sales, operations, HR, customer relations, training, and marketing. After decades in the corporate sector, Antoinette felt disconnected and disengaged from her daily work. Burnout hit and her direction shifted towards merging her past corporate career experience with her ever-evolving passion and commitment to yoga, wellness, and holistic healing.
In 2011 she became a certified holistic life coach, and in 2015 completed her 200-hr RYT yoga instructor certification. Over time, her own personal practice uncovered her desire to combine her passion for mindfulness with her expertise in driving results and offering wellness in the workplace.
