Using a chair for support, you will get a gentle but effective full body workout! Soup Cans/Weights will be needed for the seated portion of class. When standing, your chair becomes a stabilizer, allowing you to challenge yourself and remain safe and steady! Please RSVP in advance for this free virtual chair exercise class.
