AUCTIONEER'S NOTE: This is an auction of unclaimed storage items left with this moving company. Illinois law mandates the contents cannot be sold as "blind lots." Illinois law requires the sorting of the contents of unclaimed moving company storage vaults as we would an estate auction. Items will be auctioned individually and sold in bulk. Please note: Items advertised for auction may not make it to the auction block due to last-minute account settlements. Please check this site and our Facebook page often. We do not offer remote bidding and accept absentee bids only after desired item(s) have been inspected in-person on auction day.

 

VIEWING: Beginning at 9:00 AM on auction day.
BIDDING: Beginning at 10:00 AM
 

TERMS & CONDITIONS: Valid, U.S. issued, positive photo ID required at check-in. Cash, approved check, Visa/MC, Discover. 13% buyers premium with a 3% discount for cash or check payments. We do not accept checks from US Bank. Items purchased must be paid for on auction day. Removals must be completed and off the property no later than 60 minutes after the auction OR between 9-NOON on the following Monday. NO EXCEPTIONS. Delivery service for auction purchases from the moving company is available. We will not be responsible for items not picked up within the above-mentioned parameters.
