SWAG is honored to welcome an incredible panel of compassionate, powerhouse women from Ascension Alexian Brothers Behavioral Health who are dedicating their lives to strengthening mental health in our communities.
These inspiring leaders and clinicians will guide us through a heartfelt conversation about social impact — and how the voices, expectations, and environments around us shape our emotional well-being in ways we often don’t even realize.

From family dynamics and workplace pressure to peer relationships and the constant pull of online comparison — social influence can either lift us up or quietly weigh us down. Positive connection builds resilience, confidence, and hope. But criticism, isolation, and unrealistic expectations can fuel anxiety, stress, and depression.
This conversation matters.
Because understanding the impact of our social world is the first step toward protecting our mental health — and supporting one another with more empathy, awareness, and grace.
Join us for a meaningful dialogue that reminds us we are not alone — and that together, we are stronger.
2026 SWAG REBRAND
A space created exclusively for women!
To eliminate confusion between SBA Women in Business (WIB) events and the SBA Women’s Alliance Group, we are bringing all women-focused programming under one unified brand: SWAG – SBA Women’s Advocacy & Gratitude initiative. Moving forward, the Alliance Group name will be retired, and all activities will be organized under the SWAG umbrella.
MISSION:
SWAG unites, empowers, and elevates women in the Schaumburg Business Association through connection, professional development, gratitude, and community engagement.
WHO WE ARE:
SBA Women’s Advocacy & Gratitude (SWAG) is the unified home for all SBA women-focused events. Our goal is to create an inclusive environment where women professionals and allies can thrive through learning, networking, and shared experiences.

SWAG events will consist of monthly lunches, after-work socials, volunteer opportunities, and more.
