November, brings the 5th edition of the Schaumburg Business Association's Diversity Alliance.

This month features special speaker, Rupi Kaur, Mrs. Illinois American 2022

Rupi is the first ever Indian American to win this title and to represent the State of Illinois at the Nationals. Although she did not win the National Title of Mrs. American, she made it to the Top 15 and received the Fabulous Face Award.

Rupi was born and brought up in Punjab, India, and migrated to the USA back in 2002. She is married with two kids and currently resides in Kildeer, IL.
Rupi completed her Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in HR and Project Management in 2013. She also holds a few other professional certifications and licenses. She has been working full-time in the Corporate World ever since and is also a Part-time Real Estate Agent affiliated with Coldwell Banker. Rupi received the Global Popular Choice Award in her very first corporate job at AonHewitt for going above & beyond to assist not only the onshore team but also the offshore teams as well. She was also featured in the 2021 Chicago Agent Magazine for her very first sale of over $5 Million and was included in the International Sterling Society.

A mother of two with a full-time corporate job and a Real Estate Agent, she still manages to get involved in the community and volunteers in many Organizations. Her platform is Women’s Empowerment. Although she loves to get involved and support various other organizations out there for different causes.

In her spare time, Rupi enjoys watching movies and or watching NBA games with her kids. Her hobbies include participating in Fashion Shows and cultural events and traveling with family.

Rupi believes living in a country like the USA anything is possible. The USA is the land of opportunities! She is always exploring and looking for more opportunities. She never takes anything for granted in life believing God always has a plan for everyone!
