A Better Employer Brand Takes More Than A Badge
There’s no shortage of awards that recognize companies for being great places to work. There are differences, though. Many awards are given (or, let’s be honest, purchased), fewer are earned. For example, the Best and Brightest Companies to Work For ® award is the culmination of a competition in which organizations are assessed based on communication, work-life balance, employee education, diversity, recognition, retention, and more. The program is produced by the National Association of Business Resources and includes peer groups, leadership training, virtual HR forums, and a library of valuable resources.
If you just want a digital badge to put on your website, so it looks like you take talent acquisition and retention seriously, they’re out there. BUT, if you want to learn how your initiatives stack up against other companies and discover ways to raise the bar year after year through camaraderie, discussions, and best practices, you’ll need more than a badge.
Join NABR CEO, Jennifer Kluge, for the Business as “Un”usual livestream on September 21st, when she and Red Caffeine CEO, Kathy Steele, discuss how companies are investing heavily in their employer brand as a part of their operations in order to attract and retain top talent. Then, head over to the Best and Brightest website and check out these resources:
