Whether employees are on the road for work, or traveling for pleasure with their families, we will present specific skills and action steps they can use to keep themselves and their families safer on the road, and in unfamiliar environments. You will learn: • Verbal skills to de-escalate an irate customer. • Action steps to take to minimize danger when leaving your car unattended at a job site or location that makes you nervous. • How to stay safe from harm when your car breaks down on a busy road. • Safety skills when encountering a suspicious person or circumstance, either on the road or in a customer’s house. |
