TALK THE TALK & WALK THE WALK
Positive leadership through Transformational Conversations
Presented by Divine Signs, with Speakers Lori Parrish and Dennis Mellen
This virtual presentation gives you leadership skills to create a positive team culture and inspire your team to perform at a level they never dreamed possible. This presentation delves into creating positive, purposeful, and productive conversations allowing you and your team to take risks, make mistakes, talk candidly and caringly, and work together for a common purpose. In light of current events, the importance of maintaining positive leadership through transformational conversations has never been more critical.
The single-most important impetus to team culture is the leadership. Leaders have a tremendous impact on how people exchange ideas, build connections, and foster spontaneous innovation. In today's virtual world this requires different ways of thinking and interacting, different ways of building and sustaining a successful culture. We call it "being a coffee bean" which positively transforms your team culture from "ordinary water, into gourmet coffee" by permeating those around you. On bad teams nobody leads, on good teams the leader leads, and on elite performing teams everybody leads because of their training, experience, and leadership influences.
The presentation involves self-reflections to enhance your leadership style in decision-making, problem solving, and human relationships.
