Michael “MZ” Ziffra, an entrepreneur of over 40 years, is the Owner and President of ROCKIT Business Accelerator, Inc. Using cutting edge tools and methods, MZ  helps transform leadership teams and re-engage disengaged staff to ignite productivity, accelerate growth, and increase profitability. His passion lies in transforming organizations by helping them develop a comprehensive vision and plan, implementing an operating system to achieve them while continuing to teach, facilitate, and coach leadership teams to execute and achieve their vision.
 
MZ is a graduate of the Jack Welch School of Strategy, Goldman Sachs 10K Small Business Program, Expert EOS® Implementer, and a guest speaker at DePaul University. MZ volunteers his time mentoring entrepreneurs at 2112 Chicago Business Incubator. His interests include mountaineering, health & fitness, reading, movies, music, and of course, business. He lives in Schaumburg with his wife of 36 years and has two daughters.
