Over the 8-week course, we’ll focus on many areas of strength and stability with a special emphasis on the following: retraining core muscles, healing the pelvic floor, diastases recti, proper hip muscle activation, and baby carrying endurance & strength.
Each class will walk you through a foundational element of strength & stability, with each week building upon the previous week. Come ready to work and be (appropriately) challenged. We will work with mostly body weight, light weights, and bands, but be prepared to sweat and have some fun restoring your body’s foundational strength. By the end of the 8 weeks, the goal is to have you strong enough to feel comfortable pushing your body in any way you would like, be that exercise at the gym or simply chasing around a crawling baby like a fire alarm has been pulled.
