Good Morning Schaumburg
Featuring Dr. Thomas P. Sattler
Where does the rest of my life go from here”
During the past few years, we have all experienced the financial squeeze in one way or the other. Leading indicators like the stock market have retreated due to speculation that the future looks dismal due to unemployment, housing foreclosures, bank failures, and host of other issues that have affected the economy. As individuals, we have all become aware of the problems that exist, but few if any solutions have been offered to show us all how we can prepare ourselves for the future. More specifically, how can we function as active participants, rather than function as victims to what is going on around us
HEALTH IS TRULY WEALTH- When we clearly examine this premise, we will soon realize that if we don’t concern ourselves with working towards our own health and wellness, life will eventually cost more from the problems associated with illness and disease resulting from our own neglect. On the other hand, by becoming more vigilant, we can keep the money we have and have more time to enjoy our lives into the future. So, let’s make it personal and individual to find out about the real meaning in our lives so we can actually determine “Where does my life go from here”

The topics in Dr. Sattler's presentation will include:
1. A realistic look at getting older
2. The “5” rules of life for anyone planning to get older
3. The biggest challenges we all face
4. A workable understanding of “Wellness”
5. A “Sanity Approach” – Well into the future
