Event History:

The KPMG Women's PGA Championship continues the rich tradition of the LPGA Championship, which began in 1955, five years after the birth of the Ladies Professional Golf Association. Past champions include World Golf Hall of Fame members Mickey Wright, Betsy Rawls, Kathy Whitworth, Nancy Lopez, Juli Inkster, Annika Sorenstam, Se Ri Pak and newest LPGA Hall of Famer, Inbee Park.

The PGA of America has named Jacquelyn Endsley as Championship Director of the 2018 KPMG Women's PGA Championship, which will be held June 26-July 1 at Kemper Lakes Golf Club in Kildeer, Illinois.

Endsley previously served as the Championship Manager at the 2015 U.S. Women's Open at Lancaster Country Club in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, which utilized more than 2,500 volunteers and generated record-setting attendance and ticket sales.

A native of Kohler, Wisconsin, Endsley spent nearly three years with the NCAA, specializing in corporate relations, marketing and broadcasting. Most recently, she spearheaded business development for the Iowa Girls High School Athletic Union in Des Moines.

"We're very pleased to welcome Jacquelyn to the PGA of America," said Kerry Haigh, Chief Championships Officer of the PGA of America. "Jacquelyn has a wealth of previous championship experience, but we also were also drawn to her ability to connect with a wide range of people to grow the collaboration between the PGA, KPMG and the LPGA."

Endsley is a graduate of Wisconsin Lutheran College and later earned a master's degree from Cardinal Stritch University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

She previously worked for KemperSports, Harborside International Golf Center, the NBA's Milwaukee Bucks and Kohler Company.
