This class will work you head to toe! It includes muscle conditioning, cardio with an emphasis on core strength to improve balance and keep you functioning in your daily life. All levels are welcome with modifications made to address all abilities. Chairs will be used for balance in some moves. All you need to bring is water! Instructed by: Candice Chacon.
