Gregg-Brooke Koleno, Partner

Gregg joined IA in 2019 and brings with her more than 25 years of experience in building operations infrastructures for smaller growing companies and helping company leadership reach their personal and professional goals. Gregg has measurable experience in facilitating processes and procedural efficiencies. Gregg leads our consulting engagements by coordinating with the IA team to fulfill the requirements of the project. Gregg has a master’s in business administration.


Laura Lian Williams, Co-Founder + Creative Director
Holding a degree in design from the Jarvis College of Computing and Digital Media at DePaul University, Laura has been an active leader in the Chicago design community for years. A proud member of the Women's Business Enterprise Nation Council and recipient of the 2021 Better Business Bureau's Firestarter Award, her skills have been celebrated by multiple industries throughout the country. Laura’s holistic approach to design has helped local, national and international brands find new audiences and grow to new heights.
