Therese Fennig is an executive and leadership coach. She believes that everyone has influence and is a leader whether at work, school or in their family. She also believes that coaching is transformational; the more you sharpen your leadership skills and abilities, the more helpful you can be to others.

When leaders have something getting in the way of personal or organizational growth and they’re ready for a change, she’s the person they partner with – especially when they feel like they hit the limit of their leadership ability. When they want more freedom to work in their strengths or to achieve higher levels of success, Therese helps identify blind spots and address the core issues that keep them from moving forward.

Therese has worked with executives, professionals, and entrepreneurs in multinational companies, family-owned businesses, non-profits, and ministries. She works with clients nationally and internationally.

Therese is known for her strategic insight, and her ability to help clients connect the dots and see a new path forward. She is a highly regarded business professional with an MBA from the University of Colorado and is certified through the International Coach Federation, (ICF).
