PART 2
Creating safe, accountable environments requires more than good intentions—it requires awareness, skill and the ability to respond when harm occurs.
This interactive community training explores the historical roots and present-day realities of violence, power and privilege and how these dynamics impact our workplaces, organizations and communities.
Participants will engage in meaningful discussion around topics including violence, systems of oppression, and bystander intervention, while gaining practical tools to recognize and respond to harm in real-world situations.
Open to professionals and community members alike, this training is ideal for nonprofit staff, educators, leaders, and individuals who are committed to making a meaningful difference in their communities. Participants will also receive certification upon completion, providing a valuable credential that can be added to professional portfolios and resumes.
