| Event Description | This gentle yoga class is designed for all abilities. We’ll use a chair and strap or belt. You’ll work towards strengthening your whole body, improving balance and flexibility, and increasing joint range of motion. Instructed by Nancy Sieh who is a registered yoga teacher (E-RYT 200), and a y4c (yoga 4 cancer) certified oncology yoga teacher. She has been practicing yoga for 23 years and teaching since 2013. She enjoys helping others experience the many benefits of yoga including better balance, focus, flexibility, strength and peace. |
