DESCRIPTION:Come and join other young professionals working in and around the Schaumburg area for an evening of networking and inspiration from our featured speaker and fellow young professional.\n\n\n\nWill Trumbull\, Chief of Staff to Zurich Regional Chairman of North America\, will be speaking to you about the following regarding his success:\n\n\n	Early learning and early failures\n	His prospective of things during that time of learning and failure\n	Phases of his journey that brought him to where he is now\n	Personal growth and life decisions and/or sacrifices he had to make to get there\n	How his scope was broadened throughout the years\n	What rejuvenated his interest in Zurich\n	Where he's at now and where he wants to go\n\nWill is responsible for advancing the strategy and building the reputation of Zurich in North America\, with particular focus in external stakeholder management\, thought leadership development and positioning\, corporate governance\, and management of Zurich North America's Regional Advisory Council of external advisors. He regularly coordinates cross-functional initiatives with external industry groups\, the media\, and other stakeholder groups. Will joined Zurich in 2005\, working in the Government & Industry Affairs function in Washington\, DC\, and later as part of Zurich's Group government and policy strategy team in Switzerland prior to his current role. He currently serves on the board of Children's Home + AID\, a child and family service agency in Illinois with the mission to give children help\, hope and opportunity. Will holds a B.A. in economics from Denison University and a MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. \n\n\n\nSponsored by:
