DESCRIPTION:Transforming talented business professionals into engaged community leaders.\n\n\n\nLeadership Luncheon's of 2021: Through these 4 sessions\, you'll hear from Schaumburg's influencers and public officials on topics relevant to the past\, present and future of Schaumburg.  The series is designed to provide participates with important information about topics such as the area's history\, infrastructure and educational composition as well as the significance of involvement in and support for the community. \n\n\n\nParticipants of this 4th Panel will share the impact of servant leadership\, a philosophy and set of practices that enrich the lives of individuals\, builds better organizations and ultimately creates a more just and caring world. \n\n\n\nGet to know prominent community business leaders\, further understand how things are accomplished\, and engage with likeminded professionals.\n\n\n\nOur Community Volunteerism Panel\n\n\n\nKari-Ann Ryan\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nKari-Ann Ryan is a Director of Marketing & Development for a multi-company moving organization\, Mid-West Moving & Storage and Chicago Office Movers.  As the master of visibility\, she is responsible for all things branding and marketing related as well as lead generation\, business development and sales support. Kari-Ann has 20 plus years experience in Marketing in different industries and owns her own digital marketing consulting business focusing on Email Marketing\, Social Media and Digital Event Planning. \n\n\n\nShe is the current Chairman of the Board and Ambassador for the Schaumburg Business Association.  Kari-Ann also is the past Events and Programs Chair for the GOA Regional Business Association for 7 years\, a member of the Elk Grove Village Chamber Board of Directors for the past 3 years.  She is involved in the Walk to end Alz as the past chair for 6 years and top fundraiser for the Northwest Suburban Walk To End Alzheimer's and as an advocate for the cause.\n\n\n\nKatie Berganske - Frank\n\n\n\nKatie represents Clearwater Capital Partners\, and is responsible for expanding avenues for growth\, cultivating new relationships with partners and future clients\, and driving overall brand strategy. Katie has spent over 20 years in business development and marketing\, with over 10 years of those years in Human Resources.\n\n\n\nKatie has been immersed in the nonprofit world for a long time. She held a role with the Schaumburg Business Association as the Director of Membership Development helping new members get connected and grow their business. Within that role she created the Ambassador Committee a group she still supports today. Katie held two terms as a Board Member for SBA and also founded the Nonprofit Alliance\, a group that delivers educational resources and collaboration opportunities to over 50 nonprofits in the community (and cross the nation) every month. Katie also has been serving the District 54 Foundation board (elementary school district) for the last 4 years with a passion for making sure no kid goes to school hungry.\n\n\n\nTom Gosche\n\n\n\nTom Gosche is a Business Strategist dedicated to helping business owners be more profitable through customized business and financial strategy. His BRAND System  is a process of creating and implementing effective brands\, business building strategies\, financial insight and business transition success. A major part of the strategy\, includes volunteering with causes and positions that interest you personally and professionally.\n\n \n\nTom is currently the President of the Rotary Club of Schaumburg/ Hoffman Estates after being on the board for the last 4 years. His other volunteer work is mainly with business events\; getting to places early or staying later to help if needed. Over the past 20 years\, he has coached youth sports with the Schaumburg Athletic Association\, volunteered at the local schools and served on boards of non-profits.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n**We ask that all event attendees wear face masks regardless of vaccination status.
