We will also address common myths about stress\, as well as discuss general strategies for managing stress. \n\n\n\nDr. Jason J. Washburn is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist\, directing the Center for Evidence-Based Practice at AMITA Health Alexian Brothers Behavioral Hospital in Hoffman Estates. He is also an Associate Professor and Director of Graduate Studies for the PhD Program in Clinical Psychology at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine.
