DESCRIPTION:Golf to End Alz is a yearly event put on by SBA member Matthew Harrold\, American Family Insurance to Benefit the Northwest Suburban Walk To End Alz\, Team Lost Souls.  \n\n\n\nThe event is in it's 7th year of running and always proves to be a GREAT TIME.  \n\n	18 holes of golf with a cart\n	Lunch on the course\n	3 drink tickets (beer\, Gatorade\, soda\, water)?\n	$20 gift card to the PGA Superstore\n	30 minute practice session at the PGA Superstore\n	Entrance into Closest to the Pin\, the Betting Circle games and Longest Drive Competition\n	Buffet style dinner\n	2 hours of open bar\n\nLooking for Sponsors\, Golfers\, and Volunteers.  100% of proceeds to benefit Alzheimer's research\, development and support.  \n\n\n\nMatt Harrold supports this cause in memory of his beautiful and sweet mom\, MaryJo who passed of early onset Alzheimer's.
