Tenant Advisors is a Schaumburg-based commercial real estate firm that exclusively represents office tenants in lease renewals, relocations, expansions, contractions, and restructures. Founded in 2004, the firm was built on a simple premise: tenants deserve conflict-free representation in a process where landlords are already represented by experienced professionals. Tenant Advisors represents tenants only, never landlords, ensuring advice and negotiations are fully aligned with the client’s best interests.
