Medieval Times Dinner and Tournament is North America’s number one dinner attraction.  We are also a pretty fantastic place to work! We are a fun, passionate, quirky team of people who work hard, don’t take ourselves too seriously, laugh a ton, and genuinely love creating memorable experiences for individuals, families, and groups. Who You Are
You could be the right Sales Manager for our team if you …
  • Genuinely love prospecting and outside sales
  • Love findings ways to say yes to the guest
  • Are detail oriented and have a strong ability to multi-task
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of sales experience
  • Can work independently as well as part of a team
 
 
What You Would Do
Sales Managers at Medieval Times …
  • Are self-motivated, extremely driven, take charge kind of people
  • Get out of the office! A lot! This role is exclusively outside sales, so we are looking for someone who loves to knock on doors and get past gatekeepers
  • Love crushing their budgets. We have an aggressive commission plan and want our sales managers to drive big revenue (and big paychecks!)
  • Take awesome care of our guests, always
  • Research, identify, contact, and close prospects
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat and referral business
  • Attend tradeshows and events that support their market segments
 
What You’ve Already Done
We’d love it if you …
  • Were pretty tech savvy – Microsoft Office, CRM systems, LinkedIn, social media, etc
  • Have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation (horses not provided)
  • Have a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality
