AFSHI Method is proud to announce the grand opening of its first fitness and wellness studio, on May 4, 2018 at 4pm, in Schaumburg, IL.  At AFSHI Method we believe Agility, Flexibility, Strength, Health, Independence are imperative to overall quality of life. Let us help you gain longevity and mobility through our wellness model. We offer post-rehab training for clients who have successfully completed physical therapy. Our other services include Personal Training, Yoga, Pilates Mat-work, Fitness and Wellness Workshops, Monthly Weight Loss Support Group. We are proud to offer a yoga class specially catered to men, followed by a family Yoga class for 8 and over. We look forward to seeing you get healthy with us.
